Shipping and Delivery of products
The items ordered will be shipped as quickly as possible, normally within 24-48 hours (Saturdays and holidays excluded); if this is not possible, for example due to products being temporarily out of stock, or if your data is incomplete, you will be notified by e-mail or telephone.
It is not possible to request a precise delivery time, an appointment, or to be notified by the courier before delivery. If you are unable to receive the order at home, indicate an alternative address (neighbour, doorman, workplace, relative, friend, etc.) where the delivery can be made.
Delivery is made at street level. The name of the person or company that you enter in the order form must correspond exactly to what is shown on the intercom or bell.
Packaging and shipping are carried out with the utmost care and attention, but if something does not satisfy you please let us know.
Shipping costs for all of Italy are €4.90 (plus cash on delivery fee, if you choose this form of payment, which amounts to € 3 ). The amount of expenses will be shown in real time on the order form based on the shipping and payment methods you choose, so as to allow you to immediately evaluate the total expense.
For orders of an amount equal to or greater than €59.00 , postage costs are at our expense! (any right of marking excluded).
Casaroli Barbara is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by the courier, or by causes of force majeure.
In case of absence, or incomplete or incorrect address, the order will be stored at the courier's headquarters, and it will be possible to request a second delivery attempt or collect it in person within 7 days.
Billing: the shipment is accompanied by an order summary, or by the invoice, only if requested at the time of the order (by selecting the appropriate box on the order form and specifying the billing address). Under no circumstances will invoices be issued after the order has been shipped.
