3.7. Casaroli Barbara is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods sent for return.
The right of withdrawal does not apply:

Therefore, for hygiene and customer protection reasons, the right of withdrawal is applicable only for the Products purchased on the Site which can be returned to Casaroli Barbara and put back on the market without danger to the health of consumers (such as books, kitchen utensils, ceramics, small appliances, etc.).
In the case of legitimate and regular exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, Casaroli Barbara will refund the entire amount paid, including transport costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of Standard delivery offered by Casaroli Barbara ), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, following receipt and verification of the goods.
