Pursuant to the articles. 52 et seq. of Legislative Decree no. 21/2014, implemented in implementation of Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, amending Directives 93/13/EEC and 1999/44/EC and repealing Directives 85/577/EEC and 97/7/EC , a "Consumer" Customer is defined as a natural person who concludes a purchase remotely or away from commercial premises, for purposes not related to his professional or entrepreneurial activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating a VAT number in the order form , who has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty, without prejudice to what is established by the Consumer Code in the following Sections 1.4, 1.5 and 1.6.

1. REQUEST METHOD
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send to Casaroli Barbara (hereinafter periltuobenessere ), via email, PEC, fax or registered letter, an explicit declaration of withdrawal from the contract, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods from part of the same or of a designated third party.

2. RETURN OF GOODS
Having received the communication from the Customer, Casaroli Barbara will send the customer the form for exercising the right of withdrawal via e-mail, complete with authorization number, which must be attached by the Customer to the outside of the packaging in which the goods to be returned will be placed. The Customer must therefore send the goods in their original packaging to Casaroli Barbara (at the address indicated in the return form) within 14 days of receiving the form for exercising the right of withdrawal, by post or express courier.

3. MANDATORY CONDITIONS
The right of withdrawal is subject to the following mandatory conditions:
3.1. the right of withdrawal applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product;
3.2. the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to insert it, when possible, in a second box, on which the RMA number (return authorization code) issued by Casaroli Barbara must be affixed; In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided;
3.3. the goods subject to the exercise of the right of withdrawal must be returned without obvious signs of use, other than those compatible with carrying out a normal test of the item.
3.4. shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the Customer; in case the Customer asks Casaroli Barbara to organize the collection of the goods on your behalf, Casaroli Barbara will charge the Customer the cost of the service performed, equal to €15.00.
3.5. the shipment, until the certificate of receipt at the Casaroli Barbara headquarters, is always under the complete responsibility of the Customer;
3.6. in case of damage to the goods during transport, Casaroli Barbara will notify the Customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods at its premises), to allow him to promptly file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the goods (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, with simultaneous cancellation of the withdrawal request;
3.7. Casaroli Barbara is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods sent for return.

4. EXCLUSIONS
The right of withdrawal does not apply:
4.1. for all orders in which the fee that the consumer must pay does not exceed €50.00;
4.2. for the supply of tailor-made or clearly personalized goods;
4.3. for the supply of goods which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
4.4. for the supply of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygienic or health protection reasons and have been opened after delivery;
4.5. for Contracts concluded with Professional clients.
With reference to Subsections 4.3. and 4.4. of the Consumer Code, listed above, the Customer is informed and accepts that among the Products that "risk deteriorating or expiring rapidly" include both all food products (including wines, spirits and drinks) and cosmetics, as the characteristics and the qualities of these types of Products are subject to alteration also as a result of inappropriate storage. Therefore, for hygiene and customer protection reasons, the right of withdrawal is applicable only for the Products purchased on the Site which can be returned to Casaroli Barbara and put back on the market without danger to the health of consumers (such as books, kitchen utensils, ceramics, small appliances, etc.).

5. REFUND
In the case of legitimate and regular exercise of the right of withdrawal by the Customer, Casaroli Barbara will refund the entire amount paid, including transport costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the possible choice of a type of delivery different from the least expensive type of Standard delivery offered by Casaroli Barbara ), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal, following receipt and verification of the goods.
The refund will take place using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise: through the cancellation procedure of the amount charged to the Credit Card, therefore, or through the cancellation procedure of the transaction carried out on PayPal, or by bank transfer.
In the latter case, it will be the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code, exact name of the current account holder, company name and headquarters of the banking institution). -
In cases of exclusion of the right of withdrawal or in the event that this is requested by not respecting the methods set out in Sections 1, 2 and 3, Casaroli Barbara will return the purchased Products to the Customer, charging the shipping costs to the Customer.
