All products marketed by Casaroli Barbara (hereinafter periltuobenessere ) are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee for defects of conformity, provided for by art. 132 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005. To benefit from warranty assistance, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) that he will receive together with the purchased goods. The Customer may request a copy of the document via email.

The 2-year legal guarantee, pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, applies to the product that presents a lack of conformity, provided that it has been used correctly, in compliance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This guarantee is reserved only for private consumers (natural persons who purchase the goods for purposes not related to their professional activity or who make the purchase without indicating a VAT number in the order form). In case of lack of conformity, Casaroli barbara will provide pursuant to art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, according to the Customer's requests and provided that the type of Product allows it, to restore, without charge, the conformity of the Product through repair or replacement, or to an adequate reduction in the price or termination of the contract.

In the event that, for any reason, Casaroli barbara is not able to replace a product under warranty, it may proceed, subject to the Customer's consent, to replace it with a product of equal characteristics and value or, finally, to issue a discount voucher of an amount equal to that spent by the Customer, which can be spent on another product, valid for 6 months from the time of issue.

In cases where the application of the guarantees requires the return of the product, the goods must be returned by the Customer in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment). To limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to place it, when possible, in a second box. In all cases, affixing labels or adhesive tapes directly to the original packaging of the product should be avoided.

The costs of transporting the goods are to be considered at the expense of the customer on the outward journey and at the expense of Casaroli Barbara on the return journey. In the event that the product sent to us is found to be functioning, the costs of transporting it to the Customer will also be borne by the latter.

The Customer forfeits any right provided for by the art. 130 of Legislative Decree no. 206/2005, if you don't report to Casaroli barbara the lack of conformity no later than 2 (two) months from the date on which this was discovered, provided that it is not a Product which by its nature is perishable or subject to expiry in a shorter period, in which case the defect must be reported within this reduced deadline.

For each product purchased by a Professional Customer, the latter will benefit from the guarantee against defects in the item sold pursuant to art. 1490 et seq. of the CC; the action of the Professional Customer aimed at asserting the warranty for defects is barred after 1 year from delivery of the purchased Product and the related defects must be reported within the terms and conditions established by the art. 1495 of the Civil Code
