Payment method
- The Customer may pay the price of the Products and the related delivery costs by advance bank transfer , credit card , prepaid cards and PayPal .
1. BANK TRANSFER
In case of payment by advance bank transfer:
1.1. The order will be managed as soon as a copy of the bank accounting is received, via email or fax, but the goods will be processed only after receiving confirmation of credit from the bank;
1.2. Payment must be made within 7 days of the order date. Once this deadline has passed, the order will be automatically cancelled;
1.3. The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number and date, name and surname of the Customer;

2. CREDIT or PREPAID CARD
In cases of purchase of goods with credit card/prepaid card payment method:
2.1. At the same time as the online transaction is concluded, the relevant banking institution will authorize the commitment of only the amount relating to the purchase made. The amount relating to the goods processed will be charged to the Customer's credit/prepaid card at the time of actual dispatch of the ordered goods. The accepted credit cards are all those that rely on the Visa and Mastercard circuits;
2.2. In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Casaroli Barbara, the latter will request the cancellation of the transaction and the release of the committed amount. Cancellation of the order is possible until the same has not yet been invoiced by Casaroli Barbara. It is not possible to cancel orders that have already been processed or delivered to the courier;
2.3. The release times, for some types of cards, depend exclusively on the banking system and can reach their natural expiry (20th day from the date of authorization);
2.4. Once the cancellation of the transaction is requested, in no case will Casaroli Barbara be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the committed amount by the banking system;
2.5. In the (remote) event that the Customer's order is still open after the 20th day from the forwarding date, Casaroli Barbara will still charge the Customer's credit card with the amount due, even if in advance of the physical delivery of the goods, in order to avoid the transaction authorization deadline (21 days);
2.6. If the order is canceled after this date, Casaroli Barbara will request the cancellation of the transaction and the return of the amount committed to the Customer. The return times, like the release times, depend exclusively on the banking system;
2.7. Casaroli Barbara reserves the right to request from the Customer additional information (e.g. landline telephone number) or to send a copy of documents proving ownership of the Credit Card used. In the absence of the requested documentation, Casaroli Barbara reserves the right not to accept the order;
2.8. At no time during the purchase procedure is Casaroli Barbara able to know the information relating to the buyer's credit card, since it is entered directly on the website of the banking institution that manages the transaction (with very high security systems). Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted;
2.9. No Casaroli Barbara computer archive will contain or retain such data. Under no circumstances, therefore, can Casaroli Barbara be held responsible for any fraudulent or improper use of credit cards by third parties when paying for products purchased on www.periltuobenessere.net.
3. PAYPAL
In cases of purchasing goods with PayPal payment methods:
3.1. Once the order has been confirmed, the Customer will be redirected to the PayPal site where he can make the payment with his account or using a card, including a prepaid one, or in any case according to the methods accepted by PayPal and in compliance with the relevant conditions ( how PayPal works ? ).
3.2. In the event of cancellation of the order, either by the Customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Casaroli Barbara, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account or directly to the credit card used.
Once the cancellation of the transaction is requested, in no case can Casaroli Barbara be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delay in the failure to release the committed amount by PayPal. At no time during the purchase procedure is Casaroli Barbara able to know the financial information of the Customer. Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted. No Casaroli Barbara computer archive contains or stores such data. For each transaction carried out with the PayPal account the Customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.
