Basic psyllium

Food supplement based on Psyllium fiber and mineral salts useful for regulating intestinal functions, carrying out a natural alkalizing action on the digestive tract.

Property:

It has a natural alkalizing action on the digestive tract. It promotes more regular evacuation with the emission of softer and more flowing stools, performing a laxative, emollient and anti-inflammatory action, without any side effects. It exerts a prebiotic action, thanks to its ability to promote the growth of acidophilic bacterial flora. By swelling in the stomach, it helps to achieve a sense of satiety and can be useful as an adjunct in a program aimed at reducing body weight. By reducing intestinal transit time, it helps to reduce the assimilation of fats and carbohydrates, favoring the lowering of total cholesterol, LDL but not HDL. .

Ingredients:

• Psyllium fiber (Plantago psyllium L.) seed cuticle: with laxative, emollient, anti-inflammatory and protective properties. It contains a high percentage of complex polysaccharides belonging to the soluble fiber category. These are special mucilages which swell when in contact with water, increasing the volume of the stool and consequently stimulating peristalsis and evacuation.

How to use:

1 teaspoon (about 5 grams) two or three times a day: pour into a glass, add plenty of water, mix and take immediately. It is recommended to drink plenty of water throughout the day.
