Food supplement based on psyllium fiber and mineral salts useful for regulating intestinal functions, performing a natural alkalizing action on the digestive tract.
Property:
It has a natural alkalizing effect on the digestive tract. It promotes more regular bowel movements, resulting in softer, easier-flowing stools, and has a laxative, emollient, and anti-inflammatory effect, without any side effects. It has a prebiotic effect, thanks to its ability to promote the growth of acidophilic bacterial flora. Swelling in the stomach, it promotes a feeling of satiety and can be useful as an adjunct to a weight-loss program. By reducing intestinal transit time, it helps reduce the absorption of fats and carbohydrates, promoting a reduction in total cholesterol and LDL, but not HDL.
Ingredients:
- Psyllium fiber (Plantago psyllium L.) seed husk: has laxative, emollient, anti-inflammatory, and protective properties. It contains a high percentage of complex polysaccharides belonging to the soluble fiber category. These are special mucilages that swell when in contact with water, increasing stool volume and thus stimulating peristalsis and evacuation.
